HelpDesk Priority/Severity markdown creates a checklist
The issue template for HelpDesk allows to choose a Priority and Severity checkboxes. This has the ill side-effect of creating checklist:
2 of 8 checklist items completed

And prevents us from effectively turning an issue into a checklist without mangling this information somehow.
Is there a better way to capture this information?
