Register new domain name for EDC project

Summary

The Eclipse Dataspace Connector project currently is under process of rebranding to Eclipse Dataspace Components (eclipsefdn/emo-team/emo#352 (closed)). Administrational processes and conformations are already done, so technical and other topics can now be addressed.

Right now, we use the domain dataspace-connetor.io for a project specific website and therefore also would like to register the domain dataspace-components.io from now on to follow the rebranding.

The domain dataspace-connector.io would still be required.

As part of this can we 'drop' the dataspace-connector.io domain when it expires in 2ish years?

Yes. Even the Connector is still one of the component of the project, I don't see the need of having a dedicated domain after having the new one in place.
