Please grant permission to new group ID

Summary

Please grant the Eclipse Dataspace Connector project permissions to publish artifacts to MavenCentral under our new group ID org.eclipse.edc.

As we've alluded to in a previous issue we will be underoing a re-branding, and one of the steps is to change the group id for our artifacts.
