open-vsx.org CI Job missing

open-vsx.org builds kept failing: https://foundation.eclipse.org/ci/infra/job/open-vsx.org/job/PR-1206/1/display/redirect
I tried out some things and was able to access Jenkins: https://foundation.eclipse.org/ci/infra/view/all/
It looks like there's only a ort job configured? There should be an open-vsx.org job.
