Eclipse Golo
The EMO is using this issue to track the progress of a project termination review.
The project team has cited lack of development activity as the reason for the termination. Project leads and committers can add more to the review documentation if desired.
The purpose of a Termination Review is to provide a final opportunity for the Committers and/or Eclipse Membership at Large to discuss the proposed archiving of a Project. The desired outcome is to find sufficient evidence of renewed interest and resources in keeping the Project active.

Project: Eclipse Golo
Termination review record: https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.golo/reviews/termination-review
- The reasons behind the lack of activity are summarized in https://github.com/eclipse/golo-lang/issues/581
- We would like the GitHub project to be marked as archived so that pull-requests, issues and wikis are kept available. If that's not possible we'd appreciate a transfer back to the golo-lang organisation
- The website has always been hosted on GitHub Pages from https://github.com/golo-lang/golo-lang.github.com. We are happy to let the Eclipse Foundation own the
golo-lang.org
domain, and we will continue publishing the website as-is (or under agithub.io
subdomain with a banner on each page to let people know that the Eclipse Golo project has been terminated, see https://github.com/golo-lang/golo-lang.github.com/pull/19)
