some old gcc version can not detect that all enumerations are covered and report an error assuming there is a way to leave a returning function without actually returning anything.

This way should we need to add +1 element to the enumeration the static analyzers will point out all the location where it might need to be used.

when a value list contains a value list it should be checked recursively to detect if an internal all from is used incorrectly.

* changes:
  add description of the 2 new shift/reduce cases
  static_casts are stricter than old-style casts, so lets use them.
  the template kind "VALUE_LIST_ALL_FROM" is just a special value list, where there is no fixed element. Lets remove it to reduce the code complexity.
  correct the memory leak that appears when a syntax error is found in a templatelist.
