* changes:
  add description of the 2 new shift/reduce cases
  static_casts are stricter than old-style casts, so lets use them.
  the template kind "VALUE_LIST_ALL_FROM" is just a special value list, where there is no fixed element. Lets remove it to reduce the code complexity.
  correct the memory leak that appears when a syntax error is found in a templatelist.
