"OpenPASS at glance" presintation link is dead on the OpenPASS overview page

The very last link in the "Overview" section of documentation is dead. See https://www.eclipse.org/simopenpass/content/html/user_guide/10_overview.html

The right link is the following: https://openpass.eclipse.org/target_objectives/openPASS_at_a_glance.pdf It is obviously just a letter case problem.

I won't reopen the issue, but we should only close issues if a bug is fixed.

@jdobberstein To update the documentation I need the html folder of the new documentation. Can you generate it?
