fix: back conversion for param poly3

This PR addresses part of issue #3, which involves incorrect log messages and inaccurate lane information provided in the logs. The issue stems from the conversion of inertial positions to ST positions for parametric polynomial geometry.

This PR includes the following fixes:

1. Adjusted conditions in the coordinate converter.
2. Corrected logic errors for conversion in param_poly3.
3. Fixed logic errors for conversion in line.
