Wrong lanes from world coordinate in GtGenCore

Sometimes moving objects are not correctly positioned on the road leading to an exception:

"C++ exception with description "A moving object with Id 0 was positioned off the road."

This leads to the suspicion that the coordinate_converter.cpp could have some underlying bug.
