issue: can not correctly get lane boundary points
if the road geometry doesn't start from 0, the lane boundary points can not be correctly converted and the size of it will be 0.
e.g.
geometry s="2000.0" x="0.0" y="0.0" hdg="0.0" length="2000"
the possible problem could be in "coordinate_converter.cpp" -> "getGeometryAtS", the input s starts from 0 instead of starting from 2000 in above example.
