Integrate, fix and adapt rauc-hawkbit-updater

This allows using rauc-hawkbit-updater with Oniro images. There are two kinds of patches, first allows better practical support for Oniro's read-only images. The second either cherry picks fixes from upstream or fixes a locally discovered glibc-ism (sent upstream at [1]). This branch depends on changes to sysota that are proposed separately. This branch seeds rauc-hawkbit-updater into all the images. The package remains dormant until provisioned.
