Verification of C61 cellular modem with ModemManager / NetworkManager

Description

The Seco C61 board comes with a modem and has been verified to work. If not done already, this issue checks that hardware is working well with our NetworkManager / ModemManager combination and a connection can be established with nmcli and mmcli.

Run image with installed ModemManager on C61
Verify the modem is detected
Verify a connection can be established by NetworkManager
