sysota in LAVA - dut testing

After we have a sysota testing in LAVA, we can validate that the update part of the code is working properly, communication with hawkbit is functioning, but also catch regressions and issues in the timely manner.
Description
Include sysota testing in LAVA for the following target DUTs:
- b68
- rpi4
Sysota doesn't support C61 at this point in time so we will create a separate issue for it in the near future.
