After some investigation and discussion with @zyga it was concluded to create the following issues:

• investigate if lava can work with preinstalled image without going through a deploy process (this way we also test rollbacks)
• qemu sysota testing with containerized hawkbit server
• dut (b68 and rpi4) sysota testing with production hawkbit server

Essentially, updates will push messages to console that we can catch in LAVA and determine whether the update is successful or not. The rest is just connecting the pieces in the CI and LAVA.
