Add 'TM Terminal' to Eclipse ESCET development environment

The Eclipse 'TM Terminal' feature allows to open a terminal within Eclipse, by simply right clicking a file or folder and choosing 'Show in Local Terminal' and then one of the available terminals. Very useful to be able to run for instance the CIF Ecore docs build.bash script.
