Improve website deployment instructions as part of the release instructions
The only thing that might be confusing is the instruction
If the website for the new release is to be the standard visible website for the project (at https://eclipse.dev/escet), it has to be manually replaced.
While almost all instructions clearly indicate whether it is applicable to all releases or only a final release, this instruction leaves it open. Therefore, the person doing the release needs to decise for themselves whether do update the standard website or not. I guess it only makes sense to update the standard website for final release or if we have a important hotfix update.

Indeed, only for final releases. Only hotfix updates for the latest release would qualify, I suppose. I don't think we'll have milestone/RC releases for hotfixes, so they are always final releases. Hence, only final releases of the latest version qualify for a standard visible website update. In essence, only if the version is higher than that of the current standard visible website.
