Upgrade to Eclipse 2024-03

This issue is to track things that we should not forget the next time we upgrade our Eclipse version. It is also to perform the actual upgrade at that time. Note that I don't propose to upgrade to Eclipse 2023-06 (from our current Eclipse 2023-03), as I see no need to do so yet. See also our upgrade policy.
