Remove CIF Ecore documentation references to 'receive variables'

CIF once had receive variables, variables in which the value of a channel communication was received (e.g., edge e?x with x the receive variable), but this has long since been replaced by received value expressions (? as expression). The CIF Ecore documentation however still refers to receive variables. This should be removed.
