Have option to print non-formatted text with tooldef.
The out
, err
, outln
, and errln
tools all print formatted text. This is not always desired. When working on #248 (closed) I wanted to print .java source lines that contain duplicated words. These source lines may contain, e.g., "%s"
. In that case, an error is thrown, since no argument is provided. I can't find an option to 'escape' the formatter.
