Fix compilation on MacOS

Major changes

• fix: use aidge 'approxEq' function instead of manual comparison and change CHECKs for REQUIREs in interpolation test
• fix: error related to std::fma calls with different input types in GlobalAvgPooling and ReduceMean kernels. Also simplify GlobalAvgPooling logic
