Add Yosys-based synthesis scripts

This synthesis flow is triggered by the CI on pushes and pull-requests.

It uses the Yosys logic synthesis tool to synthesize the HPDcache RTL. The synthesis supports currently the open-source nangate45 (academic 45nm PDK) cell library.
