Improve stability of flash-sdcard recipe

  • Allow XLEN to be set from command line
  • Ensure flash-sdcard target also works if target device did not have two partitions already
  • Ensure the target device always retrieves a fresh GPT
  • Ensure that dd writes to correct new partitions
