As suggested in last PR, now I am adding this new file "RTL_Freeze_v2.0.0_summary.md" which gives summary table for non-specialists to convey quickly what the results are. (Earlier some of these information reside deeper, in the file Coverage/index.html. Now I move them to present in a one-stop single summary overview file).
