@MikeOpenHWGroup This has been cleaned up and descriptions extended to move from a proposal to a more documentation-like powerpoint. In a soon-to-come PR to core-v-verif I will also add user-specific instructions to CONTRIBUTING so that understanding of which dev branch to use is more clear (and reference this PPTX)
