@davideschiavone and @DBees, based on our previous discussions I attempted to re-format the Functional RTL Freeze checklists in Markdown. This will make it a lot easier to handle revision control, albeit with a significant loss in "use-ability". Please do not merge this until we've had a chance to discuss.
