Merge wally-linux-imperas.do with wally.do

Merges the Linux imperas lockstep with wally.do Tested to at least run in both GUI and cmd line versions Also fixed testbench_fp to work in GUI mode

Still more merging work to be done. I don't yet have support for single elf on testbench.sv.
