Updated nightly_build to streamline code, send_emails.

Changes

  • --send_email option now takes in a comma-separated value of [email1],[email2],...
  • latest test's repository is now kept for 1 day. logs are still deleted after 30 days
  • updated README.md to match new nightly_build
