Fix Timer Interrupt Issue #530 and coverage/tlbNAPOT tests #457

Changed tracer to use MIP_REGW fields to communicate pending interrupts, fixing issues of interrupts not being masked properly.

Also fixed tlbNAPOT tests by providing a better interrupt handler for instruction page faults.
