Temporarily commit replacement parseTest.py for parseHPMC.py.
Major improvement to the bar graph generation.
Now produces beautiful graphs.
Finally have this script generating beautiful bar plots of branch predictor misrates.
add c++ support to buildroot's config file. this is needed for running tensorflow's benchmark.
