Fixed over logging issue with icache and dcache loggers.

  • Added wfi and interrupt to tracer.
  • Got xcelium running wally, but it fails to actually preload the memories.
  • Somehow the Arty A7 device tree was missing.
  • Fixed the icache and dcache overlogging issue.
