Modification to testbench-fp.sv

Fix testbench-fp.sv that was not working correctly. Kevin and I debugged this out on Sunday and I tested all cases and it works correctly now and detects errors. The repeat statement was the culprit and this still needs some fix to make it more efficient; however, it works now.
