Increase of coverage in LSU

  • Added sfence.vma instruction test to assert TLBFlush and clear TLB CAM line
  • Decreased TLB size to 16 based on the current test suite
  • Added arch64d/f tests (increase LSU coverage)
  • Added TLBFlush OR'd with the enable of TLBLRU flop according to the previous comment
