Fix reverted submodules

PR #1050 accidentally reverted riscv-arch-test to a version from June, which removed several tests that make/regression were expecting to be present. It also reverted cvw-arch-verif to a version from August. This updates both of them to the latest versions.

Also update the gitmodules file for cvw-arch-verif to have its name be consistent with the other modules and have it ignore changes at the submodule level from CVW git status.
