The AsciiDoc specification has been converted to reStructuredText, for a future use with ReadTheDocs. Most DBees' comments from withdrawn PR addressed (you might consider suggesting improvements for the wording of the technology independent blocks) The FPGA no reset design style has been removed (no significant resource improvement in nowadays FPGAs).

Restarting PR after #851 failed on Eclipse checks (and could not rescue it through Revalidate)
