CSR verification : modify CSR env verif based on new specification

This MR has multiple changes on the CSRs verification env :

1. Update HVP remove write coverage on RO CSRs, also remove unsupported
2. Update CSR tests
3. Update exception coverage
4. Update CSRs coverage model base on new spec
