This MR related to Bitmanip extensions ZBA, ZBB, ZBC, ZBS :

  1. Enable the extensions in the generator target
  2. Enable in the tests' description
  3. Enable the extensions for SPIKE
  4. Enable the extensions in the CVA6 env for the ISACOV
