CORE-DV : Remove c.zext.w instruction from rv32zcb & update the zcb generation

This PR related to zcb instructions generation :

  1. Remove c.zext.w from rv32zcb instruction and add it to rv64zcb instruction
  2. Update load/store zcb generation to be address aligned
