CVA6-DV : Add unsupported extension instruction for the embedded config

This PR add unsupported extension instructions (like F extension or RV64 instruction) for the embedded config, to be sure that the core treat it as illegal instruction also. Also I fix the handlers to support adding +2 if the instruction that raise an exception is compressed.
