Refactored tdata1_n logic

Each tdata1 instance now has a separate _n value. This is needed for the upcoming debug spec change where multiple instances of tdata1 may be written at once upon debug entry (hit1, hit0).

SEC clean (tested with 0, 1 and 4 triggers enabled)
