SEC clean for SMCLIC=1 given the following modifications:

  • Rollback of trigger type WARL changes (keeping old value instead of setting type F)
  • Rollback of width-fix in i_decoder (2'b vs 3'b)
  • Modifying mprv_resolve to allow it to be set to 1 as on e40s master Not SEC clean for SMCLIC=1 due to known bug in mtvec.mode WARL resolution on master.

Updates to e40s warl_resolve functions will come in a separate PR.
