RVFI - Better XRET handling and better minstret csr sampling

  • Replace old minstret sampling workaround by sampling 2 cycles after ID is done
  • Clean dpc sampling and improve XRET handling by sending xret instruction to RVFI when decoder is in XRET_JUMP state
