Fix for cv32e40p tracer for pulp instructions with immediate

This PR is for a minor typo fix in bhv file cv32e40p_instr_trace.svh to correct the print format for pulp instructions with immediates.

This fix ensures trace file prints are in hex format for immediates in all these cases.
