Integrate a PMA Agent (using the standard templates).
The PMA agent consists of a monitor, scoreboard and coverage model. It does not contain a pin interface as it uses the existing core control configuration object to "get" the PMA configuration. Integrated to the cv32e40x and checking OBI transactions (with some FIXMEs for TBD functionality with respect to OBI I fetches and bufferable bits).
