Hi @strichmo, this PR eliminates most of the cv32/tests/core directory, retires the out-of-date compliance tests and updates the README in sim/uvmt_cv32. It is still not ready for merging:

Some of the older test programs still rely on headers in cv32/tests/core. Will fix that.
Only dsim.mk has been updated to eliminate the out-of-date compliance targets.
