Added a back to back AXI exmaple

Hello,

I am adding an example which connect axi master agent to axi master slave. The aim of this example is to do a easy verification of changes in AXI agent.

I am also adding some python scripts in the cv_dv_utils to be able to compile and run sv sources and tests.
