5. revert v1 DvPlan back to their original v1 state (of v1 commit HASH 0cc43af0), then consolidate all delta of v2 changes by Xavier into v2 DvPlan. From this onward, the v1 DvPlan are back to their clean state, and we will touch just the v2 DvPlan moving forward.
