  1. Remove in spike-dasm CSR pseudo-code
  2. Fix Decode ZB* & fence_i
  3. Complete Zb* implementation in ISACOV
  4. Ignore UNKNOWN_GROUP from coverage
  5. Fix issue #2137 (closed)
