… to fix ISS coverage issue

  • Fixed: Wfe test did not support running without PMP/User mode
  • Added: --excludem RISCV_CSR_UNIMP flag as per imperas' instructions to avoid errors when sampling coverage for illegal CSR instructions (w/ non-implemented CSRs)
