Adapted asserts to new rvfi dbg signaling

Recent updates to rvfi now includes exception trigger debug signaling when an exception trigger fires. Updated failing assert, and removed reliance of support signal.

Note: I think the support signal is_exception_trigger_hit is now redundant, but we should keep it in case we see a need for this in the future.
